Our sessions are social distanced and cater for all levels of fitness, from absolute beginners to advanced fitness fanatics. Regardless of your fitness level, we can guarantee you'll see real results.

We will help you achieve your goals in a motivating, fun and effective way.  All levels of fitness are welcome and catered for.

Our programmes offer a wide variety of fitness sessions that enable you to work as hard as you want. We encourage you to adopt a 'one step further' mindset so that you can enjoy your workout while challenging yourself to reach your goals.

We will help you achieve your goals in a motivating, fun and effective way.  Boot Camp sessions are designed to be run in all weathers.

Our programmes offer a wide variety of fitness sessions that enable you to work as hard as you want to work. We encourage you to adopt a 'one step further' mindset to help you improve your physical fitness and mental resillience in both a challenging and enjoyable way

Programmes 
 (all fitness levels welcome) 

  • Purchase 8 x sessions (to be used over a 4 week period.

  • Cost £48 (equates to £6 per session).

  • Choose and book your sessions in advance through our booking system.

Session days and times:

Monday 6:45-7:45pm

Tuesday 7-8pm

Thursday 6:45-7:45pm

Spaces are limited to 30 people per programme and must be booked well in advance.
